Sunglass-Clad Teen Girls Rob Bank of America

ACWORTH, Ga.Two females who police said might be as young as 16 were clad in sunglasses as they handed a bank teller a note demanding cash, smiled as they waited and walked out with an undisclosed amount of money Tuesday, police said.
“This is something totally new to us,” Cobb County police spokesman officer Wayne Delk said of the robbery at a Bank of America branch inside a grocery store.

The girls approached the teller inside the Kroger store shortly after noon, and witnesses were unable to tell investigators whether they left in a car.

Their only disguise was the sunglasses, and they were clearly pictured in surveillance camera shots.

“The pictures are too good. Someone’s got to know them,” Delk said.

Not sure as to who the idiot would be. The teller who gave away the money by just seeing ” note demanding cash ” or the girls who had just the sunglasses for disguise.

Now if you happen to see them, you know what to do.

Venezuelan politician assaults reporter on live TV

An on-air confrontation, in which a Venezuelan politician slapped a journalist, has sparked debate about issues of free speech.

Congresswoman Iris Varela stormed onto the set of Gustavo Azocar’s morning programme on Tuesday in the southwestern state of Tachira, shouting: “I’m demanding a right of reply from this man who has offended me all the time on this programme.”

Mrs Varela slapped Mr Azocar in the face several times – breaking his glasses – and then hit him with the microphone, accusing him of slander after he wrote about the death of her infant son years ago.

Prosecutors said that Enkel was driven by “insatiable greed” and decided to kill her 45-year-old husband in January because she did not want to lose “her beautiful house”.

Her boyfriends, a number of whom work for the Red Cross, were called to give evidence to what prosecutors described as the accused’s “unbridled nymphomania”.

Man says he shot cow after mistaking it for coyote

COLFAX TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A man says he shot and killed a neighbour’s cow after mistaking it for a coyote.

Authorities and the cow’s owner are skeptical. The undersheriff in northern Michigan’s Benzie County says he doesn’t see how anyone could confuse a 635-kilogram, pregnant cow with a coyote, which typically weighs about 13 kilograms.

Shooting coyotes is illegal during deer-shooting season and authorities asked the county prosecutor to bring charges.

Romanian Burglars Break Into Vacant Former Bank Building

A trio of would-be Romania bank burglars ended up with nothing to show for their big plan because they didn’t realize the building had been vacated, according to wire reports.

Under cover of darkness, the three fellows broke into a building that had served as headquarters for Nova Bank in Constanta. Only after they were inside did they find out the bank had relocated and the building they’d burglarized was empty.

All the crooks could steal were heating pipes they ripped off the walls, said police.

Julia Roberts hates the handicapped

Julia Roberts and her husband Danny Moder parked their Mercedes SUV in a handicapped spot while shopping over the weekend. Wow, this from the woman who wanted to take Britney Spears under her wing. At least Britney only neglects her children and endangers their lives, Julia. You, on the other hand, inconvenienced the old and/or the retarded by making them walk a few extra feet.

Paris Hilton tries to help drunken elephants

Paris Hilton has turned her attention to the plight of drunken elephants in India.

“The elephants get drunk all the time. It is becoming really dangerous. We need to stop making alcohol available to them,” the 26-year-old socialite was quoted as saying.

Sangeeta Goswami, head of animal rights group People for Animals, told The Associated Press: “I am indeed happy Hilton has taken note of recent incidents of wild elephants in northeast India going berserk.”

Hilton’s publicist, Lori Berk, couldn’t immediately be reached yesterday to verify her comments, but now she’s denying it.
